2012 Iowa Junior Shorthorn Field Day

> We were unable to secure the fairgrounds at Osage
so we will be returning to SPENCER, IA for our 2012 Field Day.

Here is the tentative schedule:
June 1st:
Arrival late afternoon.
Cattle allowed into tie outs and set up tack in the barns.
Barn Bedding Provided and Tie Out straw available for purchase.
June 2nd:
Check in • 10am-12Noon.
IJSA General Meeting • 12:30pm
IJSA Board Meeting to follow
Arnolds Park: Once again we will be taking those that want to The Arnolds Park Amusement Park.
Paid Junior members will get in free and all others will be at a reduced rate.
Supper • 6pm
Fun and Games • 7pm
June 3rd:
Show • starting at tentatively 10am
Will start with Steers, Cow/Calf Pairs, Bulls and Showmanship (non fit for those that haven't shown) Break for lunch 30 minutes Resume show ShorthornPlus heifers and Shorthorn Heifers. |
